We aim to dispatch all goods within 2 to 5 working days. We use Royal Mail 1st Class Standard post for all orders with a value below £36. Any orders worth under £36 on our Free Delivery promotion are sent via 2nd class mail.
There is no signature on delivery, however you may need to be in to accept the item as your package is likely to be too large for your letterbox. IF you are not in, the Royal Mail will leave a card telling you how to rearrange delivery or where you can collect your package from.
If after 10 days you still have not received your package, you should check with your neighbours in the first instance. If there is no luck, we recommend you check with your local sorting office before reporting the item as "not received" to us.
If you still cannot trace the item after 15 working days (very rare), please email us via our "contact us" submission form and we will send you a "lost item" declaration to fill out and return to us. It is vitally important that you return this form to us so we can process your lost item claim. The "lost item" declaration protects and indemnifies us against false claims that item(s) have not been received. False claims for not received items may be prosecuted after Royal Mail have completed their investigations.

Larger consignments (generally) weighing over 1kg or worth over £36 will be sent via DHL. The DHL service is fully traceable and a signature is required upon delivery.
If you are not at the address to accept delivery, DHL will leave a card explaining how you can rearrange delivery. If your parcel is not claimed and returned to sender (us), you will be liable for re-delivery costs.
International consignments will be sent via Royal Mail Airmail, Royal Mail International Signed For Or DHL Euro Road Express.

Any free gifts or promotional items associated with your order must be returned together with your item(s).
Clearance items cannot be returned unless found to be faulty.
Return Condition
- Please make sure the item is in its original resalable condition.
- If your item is a boxed item, please ensure the box is in good condition and protected adequately when returning to us.
- Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date (not the dispatch date). We will check the postmark on your return packaging.
- For overseas orders, item must be returned within 21 days from the purchase date. (Northern Ireland is NOT deemed an overseas destination).
Buyer’s Return Procedure
Please read and follow the below return procedure before sending any package back to us.
- For any return or exchange, please email us and get an authorisation. To obtain authorisation, please use the form on the Contact Us page. In the "Subject" line, please put the word "RETURN". Also, please explain the reason for your return.
- Package must be returned in the original box or packaging.
- Make sure the merchandise is properly packaged to avoid damage during the transit.
- Include the copy of order invoice and authorisation email.
- Describe briefly the reason why you are returning.
- Include a contact number where we can reach you.
- Return your item(s) via a secure method to the address towards the bottom of this page.
- Please note that you are fully responsible for your purchase until we have it back into our posession.
- Where we have agreed to pay for the return postage, post the package using cheapest traceable shipping method (e.g. Second Class Recorded Delivery).
- If a package is returned due to being unclaimed, we will charge you again for postage.
Our Refund Process
- We will process a refund within 14 days of receipt in original payment method.
- We refund the cost of your item only. (Shipping cost is not refunded). Where you have been given free shipping, we will subtract the cost of shipping from your refund.
- We’ll refund full cost of item including shipping, and your return postage if it was a result of our error.
- We may apply a re-packing fee of £5.00 per item, depending on the condition of the packaging returned to us.
We Reserve The Right Not To Refund If:
- Item returned to us without pre-authorisation.
- Returns, redirects caused by incorrect address or unclaimed parcel.
- Item not in resalable condition (including damaged packaging). We do try to be as fair as possible
- 14 days return rule not followed. (You will be liable for us to return the package to you).
- Any order that does not abide by our return & exchange policy.
Our Exchange Process
- We process exchanges as quickly as possible subject to stock availability. You can enquire with regards to availability of your chosen exchange item prior to return.
